Identified in Rother District Council’s emerging Local Plan, the site could deliver around 500 new homes, including 30% affordable homes, alongside a neighbourhood hub supporting a local shop and other community facilities.
They are seeking your views on the emerging proposals. This consultation provides an opportunity for local residents to share feedback at an early stage, which, where possible, will help to inform the proposals as they continue to be developed ahead of any planning applications being submitted.
